Marked Delivered but Not Received

Damaged Packages

  • Photograph the packaging, shipping label, and the item
  • Keep all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and parts
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mobilisausa.com

We will coordinate with our supplier, distributor, manufacturer, or shipping carrier to arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution as appropriate and in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Missing Items

If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the package received, and the missing item details. We will coordinate with our fulfillment supplier, distributor, or manufacturer to send the missing item or issue a refund when appropriate.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Certain items may not be returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.
